Sophia Philor, Esq., MBA - President
Growing up, Sophia was always admired for her discipline and leadership abilities. Sophia, a Marketing & Management Consultant , has earned her Bachelor’s degree in Management and Marketing with a minor in Commercial Music. Later on, she achieved her MBA in Management. Sophia is a Florida certified mediator and an arbitrator. She earned her Juris Doctor degree and is Licensed Florida Attorney. She is a born leader and she has lead teams through various projects such as fundraisers and organized marketing campaigns. Her experience also includes a title of development coordinator, youth mentor and she is also experienced in non-profit work.
Sophia’s will for advancement, entrepreneurial spirit, and determined character makes her a great addition to the E.C.L.A.T. team. |
Didier Brunot, M.Ed - Vice President
The very articulate Didier with expertise in Education, Languages and Technology, always had a fascination with words. He left Haiti at the age of 18 and went on to study Education. He then pursued a Masters in English Education. Currently, he trains teachers in various counties including Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach. Although he has been away from his birth country for some time, Didier always had the determination to return and get involved in the development of Haiti.

Clara Philor, MBA - Secretary General
As a professional model, Clara has always been a proud ambassador of her country of origin, Haiti. In 2010, Clara held the title of Miss Haiti international where her platform focused on showing the beauty of Haiti and its rich history and culture. She earned a bachelor's degree in fashion design and marketing and an MBA in project management. Throughout her professional career, Clara has organized and participated in several public events.

Widmaier Janvier - Technical Director
Born in Haiti, Widmaier’s professional career started at the young age of 15 first making his name in the entertainment industry. Later, he became the founding member of AJP, an Audio Visual company. Widmaier went on to study communication and worked in community outreach for 12 years in the HIV community in Haiti and currently in Florida for 6 years.
Social work has been a huge part of Widmaier’s career and Haiti was never in the backseat. In E.C.L.A.T. he will bring his knowledge of people and expertise in social work to reinforce projects undertaken. |
Anne-Norah Philor, MAcc, CPA - Media Relations
Native of Canada, Anne-Norah is a number fanatic with a BS in Accounting and a minor in Economics, currently pursuing a Master's in Accounting. She has been a member of the National Honors Society and served as treasurer for Konbit Kreyol a Haitian Student Organization at Florida Atlantic University. Passionate about Social Media, Anne-Norah always keeps up with the latest trends.

Mackendy Talon
Known professionally as a singer in the Haitian Music Industry, Mackendy has always pushed boundaries. Whether it is putting Haitian music on mainstream or striving for a positive image of Haiti in the media, progress and innovation have always been his mission. Mackendy is trained as a first responder and an EMS. He received his associate in Accounting and is working toward a bachelor in Business.
As one of the founding members, Mackendy continues to promote and support the E.C.L.A.T. team in all of our endeavors.

Jeff Lozama
Jeff Lozama is the President and CEO of CMS International Group, Corp a company specialized in the export distribution of High-End Building materials to the Caribbean and Latin America. With over 20 years of experience in this industry, Jeff Lozama has worked on notable commercial and residential projects in the Caribbean i.e. Exuma Bell and Indigo Island, private islands of CEO of LVMH; Chub Cay Marina Resort; Sandals Resort, Merricks Resort, H-Hotel, Kinam and Karibe Hotels to name a few. He is also a member of Man Dodo Humanitarian Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the economic, social, educational, and health care status of impoverished and underserved men, women and children of Southern Haiti
His expertise and knowledge over both for profit and non profit market has proved to be invaluable to E.C.L.A.T.
